+ Are all the wigs on your website actually in stock?
Almost wigs are in stock. Some new style(SKU above edw1000) need 2-4working days to custom.
+ What is the density of the wigs?
All the synthetic wigs come in 150% Heavy Density.
+ Can I heat the synthetic wig?
Yes, our wigs are heat friendly. We suggest the heat under 180 degrees to avoid damaging the fibers. You can heat it with regular heat styling tools (hair dryer temperature is the best choice).
+ Does the price include a wig cap?
Yes. When you order a wig, you will get one free wig cap
+ How can I make the wigs less shiny? I want it to look more natural
We suggest you can try baby powder to cover or use degreasing shampoo
+ How do you do the lace so that you can't see it?
Please trim the extra lace before you wear the wig. If you don't know how to wear lace front wig, you can search Everydaywigs on Youtube, there are videos that is very helpful!
+ The ends are getting frizzy. How can i fix that?
You could use some conditioner or wig oil on the wigs where is frizzy to prevent the wigs get dry..
+ Does it have baby hair?
Unfortunately , the synthetic wigs do not have baby hairs.

+ Can I dye the wigs?
We do not recommend you to dye the wigs by yourselves, if you really want to dye it, you should have professional skills and materials
+ How long can i expect the wig to last?
If handled properly, it can be six months to a year.
+ Why do I need to provide a Phone Number when ordering?
Your phone number is very necessary for shipment delivery. Our carrier will contact you before delivery. If you are not available on the phone or nowhere to be found, your package will be returned to us in 1 week. So if possible, please provide us your cell phone number or a number that we can easily get in touch with you.

+ Do I have to pay sales tax?
You don't have to pay any other fees except your order product fee. But Brazil customers need to provide personal tax ID (CPF), so as to ensure the safe arrival of the goods.
+ How Can I Track My Shipped package?
When your wig has been shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided; the tracking number and Carrier Company will be attached in the email. Then you can check the status of shipment.

+ how long can I receive the wigs?
Normally, we ship your package by DHL or TNT, and please note that we can not ship packages to P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. We will ship your item out in about 1-3 working Days (synthetic wigs),10- 20 working days (Human Wigs) after payment, shipping time may take 3-4 working days, Once your wig is shipped out, we will offer you a tracking number via email.
+ Is the picture on your website exactly the same as what I'll receive?
Theoretically speaking is it!
All the customers wish so, so do we. But something we need to explain. Not all the computer display shows the same and we also cannot ensure there is no extrusion during shipping. If these happens, we suggest you bring your wig to a professional hairdresser for a care.
+ Can I wear a wig to bath or swim?
Definitely you can. Put the hair into a ponytail or a bun first, and then begin securing the loose hair. Use hair pins or a hair clip to secure the hair in place. Be sure to check that all of the loose hair is clipped above the neck. Feel free to wade in the water as usual, but try not to get too much water in the hair, as this will make restyle more difficult.
+ Is It Safe To Order On Your Site?

+ How can I stock the wig?
You can keep the wig on the hair net and a plastic bag in a cool dry space.
+ What is the difference between a lace front wig and a full lace wig?
A lace front wig is not with lace around the back, so you cannot wear it in a high ponytail with back.
+ How To Wash?
Gently brush the wig to remove teasing or tangling with a wide tooth comb. When brushing, start at the ends and work your way to the roots.
Fill a basin with cool water with synthetic wig shampoo. Never use hot water.
Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes, Gently swirl without rubbing.
Remove your wig from the basin, and thoroughly rinse in cool water.
Gently squeeze excess water and towel blot hair. Never twist or wring your wig.
Place on a folding wig stand, spray with leave-in conditioner, and allow to air dry.
When the wig is completely dry, it is ready to style. Never style a wet wig.
+ How to style a Synthetic Wig?
Your synthetic wig can be styled by using a wig brush, a wig comb, or your fingertips. Avoid using a brush designed for human hair. These brushes can create excessive tension, over-stretching the hair with abrasive strokes that may damage the hair. The wigs we carry are "shake & wear" and can be styled by simply using a wide tooth comb or your fingertips. The best styling tool is the most inexpensive; a spray bottle of clean, cool water. Lightly spritz your wig with water to remove static electricity and return your wig to its original look. To achieve style variations, liquid wig mousse is an essential styling tool. For curly or wavy styles, just mousse, hand scrunch, and pick the style into curls. On straight styles, to minimize tangling use a wide tooth comb and brush starting from the ends and moving towards the root. You can add some hair spray to finish off your look.
+ How do I know if my payment has already been confirmed?
Check your email to see if you have received a Payment Confirmation email from us, or check your Order Details from the My Orders page to see if the order status has been updated to "Processing".
+ How Can I Check My Order Status?
Everydaywigs will inform you of your order status(Pending,processing,packaging,shipped or cancelled) by email. You can also check your order status by logging in to your account. Your account will display all the updated status of your order and your order history. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us, containing the tracking information of your package. Please keep checking your emails periodically.
+ Why is My Order Status Still Pending?
