We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges & returns of the wigs that have NOT been washed, tampered, altered and the lace have NOT been cutted. Since wigs are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

We offer ONE TIME return and exchange (custom order not receive return [ps: human hair lace front wigs and full lace human hair wigs are custom wig])for our customers who keep their items in original conditions ,but we have limit of return's time,you need to contact with us within 7 days when you receive our package

 DELIVERY

Normally, EVERYDAYWIGS ship your package by DHL or TNT ,And please note that we can not ship packages to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.we will ship your item out in about 1-2 working Days (sku below edw1000),2-4 working days (sku above edw1000),12-25 working days (sku above edw2000) (COVID-19 times need 20-35 working days) after payment received., shipping time may take 3-4 working days, Once wig is shipped out, we will offer tracking number via email.
