We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges and returns of wigs that have NOT been washed, tampered with, or altered, and the lace has NOT been cut. Since wigs are a hygienic product, we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
We offer ONE TIME return and exchange (custom orders return will charge a restore fee [ps: human hair lace front wigs are custom wigs])for our customers who keep their items in their original conditions, but we have limit return time, you need to contact with us within 30 days when you receive our package
Normally, EVERYDAYWIGS ships your package by DHL or Fedex. please note that we can not ship packages to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. we will ship your item out in about 2-4 working Days (synthetic wigs) and 5-15 working days (human wigs) after payment is received.

Let me start off by saying I was initially scared to order because of all the horror stories you hear. The hair is soft, beautiful, and perfect. The hair did not have any shedding. I will definitely order more from Everydaywigs hair once I get more money lol.
