Everydaywigs.com's aim is providing our customers premium hair wigs with reasonable price and Best service. And we totally understand that choosing a right wig online is a bit difficult, so we accept the return & exchange for some special occasions. Below is our Return & Exchange policy.
We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges & returns of the wigs that have NOT been washed, tampered, altered and the lace have NOT been cutted. Since hair wigs are a hygienic products. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
We offer ONE TIME return and exchange (custom order and Clearance Sales not receive return [PS: human wigs are customed wig,if still need return will charge about 10%-30% restore fee],if still want to return,maybe some restore fee will be charge )for our customers who keep their items in original conditions ,but we have limit of return's time,you need to contact with us within 7 days when you receive our package,Now check for more details of return process below..
Return & Exchange Process
Please contact our customer service within 24 hours after you received your package via email at email@example.com to explain the reason for the return/exchange.
Our customer service will process your return/exchange request within 2-5 working days. After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will let you take some photos to check if as original conditions
Please ship (You are also responsible for the return shipping charge which is about $5-$10 for U.S. Customers) the returned wig back to the address of our USA address we give to you, including a paper write your order id and name (that we can know who you are) .
We DO NOT accept the return package without our Return Authorization.
Please do email us the tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org after shipping out your returned package.
And please shipping out your returned package within the next 3 days after getting our authorization.
After receiving the returned package, we'll arrange the refund within 3-4 working days if you just request return
Please note that, we will refund your money to your Paypal account, and if your payment is longer than 2 months, a small amount of your refund might be charged by Paypal as a handling fee which is out of our control.
About Exchange,the step 1-3 is the same with Return Rule.but you need to tell us what wig you want to exchange and will be charged $20 for second shipping fees.
All order information can be freely changed or cancel within 12 hours once placing the order. If your order is already processing more 12 hours, we will NOT be able to cancel
