We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges and returns of wigs that have NOT been washed, tampered with, or altered, and the lace has NOT been cut. Since wigs are a hygienic product, we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
We offer ONE TIME return and exchange (custom orders return will charge a restore fee [ps: human hair lace front wigs are custom wigs])for our customers who keep their items in their original conditions, but we have limit return time, you need to contact with us within 30 days when you receive our package
Normally, EVERYDAYWIGS ships your package by DHL or Fedex. please note that we can not ship packages to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. we will ship your item out in about 2-4 working Days (synthetic wigs) and 5-15 working days (human wigs) after payment is received.

Excellent product and excellent service! I ordered this wig to wear to a goth lolita fashion event. EverydayWigs reached out to me to let me know they were currently out of stock due to some color variation in the current batch. They worked with me, and in the end I waited for the correct color to be in stock - I'm very grateful for their honesty and customer care on this order.
The wig I received was well worth the wait - it is just as pictured, vibrant color, soft fibers and very thick. There are 4 combs inside to secure it. I especially like that a light colored mesh is used for the lace front, it gives a great dramatic yet realistic look.
The wig cap is adjustable, but I would advise customers with long hair or larger hat sizes to invest in the custom sizing, particularly if you are looking to wear the wig for long periods of time. My hair is longer than shoulder length now, and the base cap size is tight enough to ache after a couple hour's wear. This is fine with me, but others may need a larger size.
This wig is everything I hoped - beautiful, thick, and well made. I've worn it twice, and highly recommend EverydayWigs to those interested in great quality lace fronts.

Beautiful wig,SO voluminous and no fall out when you brush it, color is true to the image shown and the wig is easy to sculpt and retains shape easily. I'm in love with this wig. definitely ordering again.
