We offer ONE TIME return and exchange (custom orders return will charge a restore fee [ps: human hair lace front wigs are custom wigs])for our customers who keep their items in their original conditions, but we have limit return time, you need to contact with us within 30 days when you receive our package
Normally, EVERYDAYWIGS ships your package by DHL or Fedex. please note that we can not ship packages to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. we will ship your item out in about 2-4 working Days (synthetic wigs) and 5-15 working days (human wigs) after payment is received.

The wig is very beautiful. It is very long tho. If you are torn between shorter or longer defenatly choose the shorter one. I had to cut it of a little bit and style it. Its a very nice wig, from close you can see its a wig at the top but i think that because i know its not my origanal hair colour. Different friends said it looked very realistic.
