Since wigs are a hygienic product, we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
We offer ONE TIME return and exchange (custom orders return will charge a restore fee [ps: human hair lace front wigs are custom wigs])for our customers who keep their items in their original conditions, but we have limit return time, you need to contact with us within 30 days when you receive our package
Normally, EVERYDAYWIGS ships your package by DHL or Fedex. please note that we can not ship packages to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. we will ship your item out in about 2-4 working Days (synthetic wigs) and 5-15 working days (human wigs) after payment is received.

I'm back with a second review. I've been product testing wigs to find a vendor. I have bleached this hair a dozen times. Colored it styled it over and over. This unit has stand the beating I put it through. Awesome hair strong and after all I've done too it --- it still looks beautiful!
must say, this surpassed my expectations. It's soft and full of body, I did cut my lace a bit short. But it's working for me. I haven't done anything with the back yet.

I like this wig very much. I wore it all day at work after I completed the adjustments needed and got lots of compliments. that's a good thing. Also no issue with tangles and little shedding.
Where do I begin. I never thought I'd be buying hair/wig from this website but I'm glad I did. This hair is EXACTLY as described. Its soft, NO SMELL, full and true to length.
Upon receipt ofthe hair, I was impressed. It was soft and tangle free as stated. It didn't appear to be 24 inches but once straightened it looked slightly longer. The hairline was one of the better ones I've seen.
