RETURN POLICY
We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges and returns of wigs that have NOT been washed, tampered with, or altered, and the lace has NOT been cut. Since wigs are a hygienic product, we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
We offer ONE TIME return and exchange (custom orders return will charge a restore fee [ps: human hair lace front wigs are custom wigs])for our customers who keep their items in their original conditions, but we have limit return time, you need to contact with us within 30 days when you receive our package

Shipping

Normally, EVERYDAYWIGS ships your package by DHL or Fedex. please note that we can not ship packages to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. we will ship your item out in about 2-4 working Days (synthetic wigs) and 5-15 working days (human wigs) after payment is received.
shipping time may take 3-4 working days; once the wig is shipped out, we will offer a tracking number via email.
