What methods of payment does one accept?

Everydaywigs accepts payments made through PayPal.

Do you ship internationally?

We are shipping to the United States, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Poland, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong SAR only.

How much does it cost to ship to my country?

Free shipping on orders over USD $100 or $15

What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the wig is in its original condition and packaging. Custom wigs are non-refundable. If you'd wish to return an item, please mail to  service@everydaywigs.com, more see  the return/exchange policy.

What happens if the item is “Returned to Sender”?

If your order has been listed as “undeliverable” and returned back to us, we'll ship the package to you at no additional cost.

What happens if my item is damaged?

If your item has any defects or errors on our part, we'll replace it at no additional cost. The damaged product doesn't have to be returned. If we are unable to exchange the merchandise due to inventory issues, we'll refund you or send you a comparable item of your choice.

Can I style and dye my wig?

Human hair wigs can be styled and dyed just like natural hair. However, synthetic wigs have limitations and require specific styling products and methods.
