We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges and returns of wigs that have NOT been washed, tampered with, or altered, and the lace has NOT been cut. Since wigs are a hygienic product, we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
We offer ONE TIME return and exchange (custom orders return will charge a restore fee [ps: human hair lace front wigs are custom wigs])for our customers who keep their items in their original conditions, but we have limit return time, you need to contact with us within 30 days when you receive our package
Normally, EVERYDAYWIGS ships your package by DHL or Fedex. please note that we can not ship packages to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. we will ship your item out in about 2-4 working Days (synthetic wigs) and 5-15 working days (human wigs) after payment is received.
shipping time may take 3-4 working days; once the wig is shipped out, we will offer a tracking number via email.

I love this wig! It was my very first one and easy to handl. The hair feels good and soft, it doesn't smell bad. I did some styling and cutting to adjust the wig a little, because I wanted her to look realistic. But the color is amazing! I am really happy with her!

Wig is great and fits well. The color is slightly brighter and lighter pink - cooler tone- but I like it better that way. When worn for a long time my head starts to hurt really bad but otherwise it's very comfortable and doesn't fall off

Wig is super long, so I cut it a bit. Looks realistic and feels light and soft. The color is even better in person. Definitely my favourite wig so far!
