Big Wave Long Black Natural Lace Front 360 Lace Real Glueless Human Hair Wigs

I was really excited to receive this wig, especially after a great past experience with this brand. Unfortunately, the unit I received this time (20” Jet Black, 180% Extra Heavy) was a huge letdown. The density is nothing close to what was advertised — the lace shows through, and the wig sheds excessively from the first brush. It's practically unwearable in natural light or tied styles.

I contacted customer service and they offered only a $50 refund for a $445 wig, which doesn’t feel fair at all. I expected way better quality for the price, especially from a company I trusted.

If you’re looking for a truly full, natural-looking wig, I recommend being very cautious. I really hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves quality control.
