RETURN POLICY
We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges and returns of wigs that have NOT been washed, tampered with, or altered, and the lace still needs to be cut. Since wigs are a hygienic product, we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
We offer ONE TIME return and exchange (custom orders return will charge a restore fee [ps: human hair lace front wigs are custom wigs])for our customers who keep their items in their original conditions, but we have limit return time, you need to contact with us within 30 days when you receive our package

Shipping

Processing Time: 2-4 working Days (synthetic wigs),5- 15 working days (Human Wigs, Hair Toppers， Hair Extensions )after receiving payment. Once the wig is shipped, we will email you a tracking number.
